Quiet Ten
A calm timer with reminders for daily pelvic floor exercises. No account.
Quiet Ten is an exercise timer. Pick a routine, press start, and the timer tells you when to squeeze and when to let go.
It counts the holds left and can give a short buzz at each change. Set your own numbers, or match the ones a physiotherapist gave you.
What it does
- Everyday: slow holds then quick squeezes, the pattern described on nhs.uk.
- Pregnancy and after birth: the same routine with gentle notes for each stage.
- Before and after prostate surgery: the routine Prostate Cancer UK describes, starting lying down.
- Relax and let go: slow belly breathing and five gentle hip stretches, twice a day.
- Reminders that arrive: one daily reminder is free. A short check walks you through the phone settings that stop reminders going missing, with a test reminder to prove it works.
- Private by design: no account and no tracking. Your routines and history stay on your phone, and the timer and reminders work with no signal. The icon and notifications say "Quiet Ten" and nothing more.
- Optional extras for one small payment: more reminders, your own words on each one, exercise history and a one-page summary to show your physio. Every routine stays free either way.
Stop if anything hurts. Quiet Ten is an exercise timer and gives no medical advice. Talk to your GP or physiotherapist about symptoms. Not connected to the NICE, nhs.uk or Prostate Cancer UK websites it links to.
