Quiet Ten privacy policy

Last updated: 17 October 2026

Quiet Ten is an exercise timer with reminders. This page says what it stores and where.

What the app stores

On your phone only:

It never asks about symptoms and keeps no diary.

What leaves your phone

Nothing, unless you choose to send it. Quiet Ten has no account, no sign-in, no analytics and no crash reporting. This version of the app asks for no internet permission and sends nothing anywhere. Links to other sites open in your browser, and the optional purchase is handled by Google Play. The phone's cloud backup is switched off for the app.

You can send two things yourself with your phone's Share button: a plain-text backup for moving to a new phone, and the physio summary. They go only where you send them.

Purchases

If you buy the extras, the payment is handled by Google Play or the App Store under their own privacy policies. Quiet Ten keeps a note on your phone that the extras are bought. It never sees your card or payment details.

Deleting your data

Uninstalling Quiet Ten removes everything it stored. A phone-to-phone transfer during new phone setup can copy the app's data straight to the new phone; it does not go through any server of ours.

Children

Quiet Ten is meant for adults and does not knowingly collect anything from anyone.
